Every bag we ship is pressure-sterilized, pH-balanced, and sealed at our Colorado facility. If something goes wrong on our end before you ever touch it, we make it right. No hoops, no hassle.

What's Covered

If your bag arrives contaminated or fails to colonize due to a manufacturing defect, you get a free replacement. Full stop.

  • Bags that arrive with visible contamination: mold, unusual discoloration, off odor
  • Bags that fail to colonize after correct inoculation and proper storage
  • Any manufacturing defect that makes the bag unusable

What's Not Covered

This guarantee covers our product. It does not cover growing technique. The following fall outside the guarantee:

  • Contamination introduced during inoculation due to inadequate sterile technique
  • Bags stored outside recommended conditions: keep at 60-80F, clean, dark environment
  • Bags inoculated more than 30 days after receipt
  • Issues that develop during the fruiting stage after successful colonization

How to Make a Claim

    Take a photo of the affected bag showing the issue clearly

    Email us at support@mountainmadeproduct.com with your order number and the photo

    We confirm and ship a replacement within 48 hours of approving the claim

Replacement bags ship via the same method as your original order. This is a product replacement, not a cash refund.

Why We Offer This

Our bags are sterilized at 15 PSI for a full cycle, loaded with a nutrient-dense substrate blend, and sealed in Unicorn Type 14A bags with 0.2 micron filter patches and self-healing injection ports. We run these numbers in-house. Our colonization success rate is above 95%.

We know our process works. If a bag comes out of our facility and fails, that is on us, and we will fix it. Grower to grower.

This guarantee applies to all Mountain Made Product substrate: All-in-One Grow Bags, HB4 Substrate Blocks, and Multi Grain Matrix.
